Been shopping here for years even when it was Finish Line. And when I do randomly pop in the store I normally at least find one pair of Retros I like for me or my children.

Went in looking for some shoes found some that I wasn't expect to find so everything turned out pretty great this customer service is very friendly easy to people to talk to I was in and out very quickly

Had an issue with a defective pair of shoes and was accommodated without question. Nothing but good things to say about staff member Tori Allen and the rest of this staff at this store.

I was there yesterday, and everyone was super helpful and very nice. I am currently in a wheelchair and learning to walk again. And the associate that helped me, (I wish I could remember his name!) make sure the shoe fit well since I’ve never had a pair of Jordans before. Thank you all for being so kind, and working with me. You all made my day!

I went to buy my son a pair a shoes and the assistant manage, I believe his name was Trey, was amazing. He was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable of shoes. I would recommend anyone to come to JD Sports at the Fairfield Mall!

This is easily one of the nicest shoe-retailer chain I have been to. The cleanliness shows throughout the whole store. They have a wide selection of fashionable shoes and athletic as we. Great location in the mall. Tip: ask the employees for help if you need it. They are always available and ready to help.
